Paula Susan Loftin age 71 of Bloomington, IL passed away at 12:24 pm on Monday, April 1, 2019 at her residence. Private burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery, Bloomington, IL. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Humane Society of Central Illinois. Arrangements are being handled by Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, IL. Paula was born December 25, 1947 in Bloomington, IL the daughter of William and Pauline Wiser Riney. Surviving are her 3 children, Wendy Loftin, Mesa, AZ, Katherine (Jeffrey) Lydecker, Earlville, IL, Robyn (Holly Rocke) Loftin, Normal, IL, 5 grandchildren and 1 sister, Deborah Campbell, Bloomington, IL.
