Timothy "Tim" Adon Wells Obituary (1984 - 2019)

Timothy "Tim" Adon Wells age 34 of New Bern, NC formerly of Ellsworth, IL passed away 10:55 PM Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at his residence. His funeral service will be 12 Noon Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the Ellsworth United Methodist Church, Ellsworth, IL. Dave O'Neall_will officiate. Burial will be at Dawson Cemetery, Ellsworth, IL military rites will be accorded by Bloomington -Normal American Legion Honor Guard at the cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 AM-12 Noon Thursday at the Ellsworth United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to his son Hunter Adon Wells education fund in care of Duane and Cindy Wells PO Box 81 Ellsworth IL 61737. Arrangements are being handled by Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, IL. Tim was born August 1, 1984 in Bloomington, IL the son of Duane Adon and Cindy Trnka Wells, Ellsworth IL. He married- Katie Sue Lilienthal on June 22, 2007 in Indiana. She survives. Also surviving his son, Hunter Adon Wells, New Bern, NC, his parents, Duane Adon and Cindy Wells, Ellsworth IL, 3 sisters, Tonya (Jeremy) Ott, Monticello, MN, Tressia (Lester) Demaskie, LaValle, Wisconsin, Traci Wells, Ellsworth, IL, father & mother in-law Rick and Karen Lilienthal, Downs, sister-in-law Tina Whiteside, Clinton, IL and several nieces and nephews. Tim is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Tim graduated from Tri- Valley, Downs, IL. He served in the United States Marine Corp. from 2007-2011 he obtained the rank of Lance Corporal. Tim worked at Averitt Express, Cookeville TN as a semi-truck driver. Tim's greatest joy was being father to Hunter. Tim was taken from his family way to soon as he had such a big heart. He will be missed by all who knew him.
